We are looking for a fantastic team member to join as a Senior Manager - Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

To ensure seamless functioning of all campus infrastructure and facilities by leading maintenance operations, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end facility and infrastructure management including electrical systems, lifts, HVAC, and civil works.
- Manage and monitor all AMC contracts, ensuring timely servicing and compliance.
- Develop and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance plans.
- Lead vendor management including selection, negotiation, and performance tracking.




- Ensure all systems operate efficiently with minimum downtime.
- Supervise maintenance teams and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and control costs effectively.
- Identify opportunities for infrastructure upgrades and modernization.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for operational requirements and improvements.

Key Skills & Competencies Required:
- Solid technical knowledge of facilities and maintenance systems for a minimum of 8 to 12 years.

- Budgeting and cost control
- Leadership and team management
