Roles & Responsibilities

Social Media Management
- Manage the company's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and
- YouTube.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars.

Content Creation
- Create engaging captions, posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
- Generate creative content ideas based on current trends.
- Research competitors and identify new content opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest platform trends and algorithm changes.

Video Content
- Confidently appear in front of the camera for reels, promotional videos, and product showcases.
- Plan, script, and coordinate social media video shoots.
- Collaborate with the design and video editing team for content production.

Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Create and manage LinkedIn Ads for brand awareness and lead generation.

Analytics & Reporting
- Track engagement, reach, impressions, followers, and campaign performance.
- Analyze audience behavior and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Recommend strategies to improve engagement and conversions.

Team Coordination
- Work closely with the Marketing, Design, Sales, and Content teams.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns and promotional activities.
