About the Role - We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring for Product-based SaaS companies and possess strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across the domestic market. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, sourcing capabilities, and the ability to attract top technical talent in a competitive hiring landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements and build effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and other innovative channels.
- Hire for various technical positions including Software Engineers, Full Stack Developers,



Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, Data Engineers, and other technology roles.
- Evaluate candidate profiles, technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technology professionals.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment databases.
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and market intelligence within the technology and SaaS ecosystem.

- 4-8 years of experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Recruitment.
