The ideal candidate will be someone who has deep technical expertise across a range of technologies, a track record of delivery, along with experience in building high-performance teams.
The Successful Applicant
- Lead, coach and support a team of Software Engineers in the development and maintenance of technology products
- Working with Product Management, develop the long-term strategy for your team and translate it into achievable goals
- Understanding how all architectural elements of the software ecosystem work together and develop engineering and testing approaches that fit the overall strategy
- Push for decisions to be made effectively and remove blockers that impede team progress. Drive team goals forward by organising the team's work and setting appropriate milestones.
- Deliver regular updates within the team and to leadership
