Role & responsibilities:

a. Establishing & implementation of HSE Policy, Objectives, Manual, Procedures / Method of Statements, Risk Assessment, RCA, Waste Management, Hygiene at work, etc.

b. Creating HSE awareness among work force & management,

c. Active participation in Inductions, Trainings, Tool Box Talks, etc.

d. Developing Inspection & surveillance plan for HSE,

e. Ensure smooth functioning of HSE processes, with OR without software.

f. Leading the HSE Team on all fronts successfully including allocation,

g. Leading & directing external safety services,

h. Participate in interview & selection process of HSE personnel,

i. Managing periodic site safety audits,

j. Effective implementation of Safety Violation debit system,

k. Developing & implementing periodical HSE Surveillance process.

l. Establishing & implementing Lessons Learned”,

m. Managing data & providing statistical reports to Top Management regarding the performance of HSE Management.

n. Providing Support for ISO 18001 certification.
