Ensures accurate, efficient, and compliant HR service delivery.

Responsibilities
HR Operations Delivery
- Manage Onboarding processes, including coordination, orientation, completion of current joiner documentation, and collaboration with the TA team to validate and ensure documentation accuracy before onboarding.
- Handle Employee Lifecycle (ELC) activities on HRIS, onboarding, movements, confirmation, exits, and employee record updates.
- Oversee BGV (Background Verification) end-to-end, including timely initiation, tracking, and closure with the vendor partner.
- Administer NAPS/NATS apprenticeship programs, including enrolment, portal management, statutory compliance,



and management of apprentices and temp colleagues in coordination with the vendor partner.
- Lead Helpdesk / Employee Query Management, ensuring timely and accurate resolution as per SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for smooth HR service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.
Automation People Analytics
- Generate HR analytics and operational insights to support effective people decision-making.
- Manage and maintain HR dashboards aligned to key People KPIs and operational metrics.
- Execute process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, and employee life cycle delivery..
- Ensure HR data accuracy across HRIS and prepare MIS reports as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Working knowledge of HR dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic analytics.
