Job Summary
Sat Kartar Life Limited is looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor & Performance Creative Designer who can transform raw footage, product content, and marketing briefs into highconverting advertisements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating engaging Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad creatives that not only look visually appealing but also drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing Edit raw footage, product videos,



testimonials, influencer content, and UGC videos into compelling advertisements. Create short-form videos, reels, promotional ads, product demos, and social media content. Design creatives optimized for Facebook & Instagram Feeds, Stories, and Reels. Add hooks, subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, background music, and strong CTAs. Develop multiple creative variations by changing hooks, messaging, pacing, offers, and visuals. Repurpose existing content into fresh, engaging creatives. Optimize videos for mobile-first viewing with proper aspect ratios and secure zones.
Graphic Design & Static Creatives
Design high-quality static ads, promotional banners, product creatives, and social media posts. Create Meta ad creatives using product images, offers, pricing, benefits, and compelling copy. Design testimonial creatives, comparison ads, before-and-after creatives, and promotional graph
