About the Market Performance Manager role…

The Market Performance Team Manager leads a high-performing team of Market Performance Team Leads and Specialists who optimise distribution and revenue strategy for our hotel customers. This role is accountable for building and scaling a centre of excellence in market performance — ensuring hotels maximise bookings and profitable revenue through the intelligent use of SiteMinder’s platform, channel mix, and pricing strategies.

Combining strategic leadership, deep commercial acumen and robust people management, the Market Performance Team Manager oversees pipeline and performance across all optimisation initiatives, drives capability development in revenue and distribution management, and partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable uplift in customer value, retention and revenue
