Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the financial operations of the company, including fund accounting, private equity, venture capital, and alternative investments.
- Oversee the preparation of NAV (Net Asset Value) calculations for various funds and portfolios.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize returns on investments while minimizing risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
Job Requirements :
- 13-20 years of experience in finance & operations role within an investment banking/venture capital/private equity firm.
- Solid expertise in fund accounting, PE/VC/alternative investments, and NAV calculation.
- Proven track record in managing complex financial transactions and ensuring accurate reporting.
