ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop detailed Revit electrical models for data center projects (LV, MV, grounding, lighting, cable routing). Create drawings, schedules and different views.
- Use advanced Revit functionalities: work-sharing, view templates, custom families, parametric components, and Revit Navisworks workflows.
- Manage models and collaboration using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), including BIM Collaborate Pro, issue tracking, and version control.
- Prepare single-line diagrams, load calculations, panel schedules, and electrical design documentation.
- Design and model critical power systems: UPS, generators, switchgear, PDUs, busways,



and redundancy schemes (N+1/N+2).
- Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams to ensure clash-free, standards-compliant designs.
- Apply data center standards: Uptime Institute, TIA-942, NFPA, IEC, and client requirements.
- Support BIM Execution Plans (BEP), LOD compliance, and maintain discipline-specific Revit families.
- Perform QA/QC checks on models and drawings for accuracy and consistency.
