We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage and oversee the procurement activities for our real estate and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, maintaining cost efficiency, and ensuring timely availability of materials as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement of construction materials, equipment, tools, and project-related requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain proper purchase documentation.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Accounts, and Site Teams to understand material requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites without affecting project schedules.
- Monitor material quality and ensure purchases comply with approved specifications.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase registers, quotations, and comparative statements.




- Track market prices and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, material quality, quantity discrepancies, and vendor payments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
- Ensure procurement activities are carried out within approved budgets and company policies.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in Real Estate or Construction.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and local markets.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within strict timelines.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
