Role & responsibilities
- Sampling & Site Visits: Conduct product sampling at various construction sites to promote brand visibility and generate sales leads.
- Construction Site Branding: Engage with contractors, engineers, and site supervisors to establish product presence at construction sites.
- Sales Promotion Activities: Organize and participate in promotional campaigns, trade shows, and industry events to enhance market penetration.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer need assessments.
- Field Sales Exposure: Work closely with senior sales professionals to understand client requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain solid relationships with customers,
ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2-5 years of experience in Tile Adhesives, Epoxy Grout , etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive project sales and manage customer relationships.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Must have a strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
