Role Description
The Application Support Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role is responsible for providing technical and application support for metrology and related software solutions, including diagnosing issues, resolving incidents, and ensuring smooth operation for end users.



Day-to-day tasks include monitoring application performance, investigating and troubleshooting user-reported problems, documenting solutions, and coordinating with development or product teams to address bugs and enhancements. The Application Support Engineer will also assist in software deployments, configuration, and updates, as well as create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients is essential to understand business needs, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Application Support and Technical Support skills,
- Diploma/ Polytechnic/ITI in mechanical engineering(manufacturing)
- Knowledge of Inspection Software (Polyworks, GOM Inspect)
