We are looking for a
senior AI Governance Lead / AI Lead Engineer
to architect and lead
multi-agent AI ecosystems
with a strong focus on governance, observability, security, and compliance.
This is a hands-on leadership role involving AI architecture, agent frameworks, enterprise middleware, policy controls, telemetry, and Azure AI services.
What You'll Do
- Architect and lead
multi-agent AI ecosystems
at enterprise scale.
- Design and implement governance, compliance, security, and ethical AI frameworks.
- Work with
LangChain and LangGraph
for agent orchestration.
- Define
policy gates, compliance guardrails, and governance controls
across AI agents.
- Establish telemetry schemas, structured logging, dashboards, and reliability monitoring.
- Lead
MCP integration
and enterprise middleware orchestration for secure agent communication.
- Drive architecture and technical decisions across AI initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and engineering teams.
- Mentor engineers and establish scalable engineering practices.
