About the Role

Aquapharm is looking for a
Sr. Officer / Executive – Production
to manage shift operations and ensure planned production output while maintaining defined standards for quality, cost, safety, raw material, utilities, and manpower usage.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control
shift operations




to achieve planned production output while maintaining cost and quality standards.
- Ensure secure operation of the
plant, machinery, and manpower
during the shift.
- Operate and monitor
DCS-operated process plants
.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and applicable
ISO systems and audit requirements
.
- Monitor RM, PM, utilities, and manpower usage as per defined norms.
- Ensure effective
manpower handling, planning, and shift coordination
.
- Support production planning and address operational issues through effective problem-solving.
- Ensure proper housekeeping of production areas, tank farms, and filling stations.
- Handle hazardous chemicals in accordance with safe working practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification:
BE/BTech in Chemical Engineering

Experience:
5–10 years

Industry:
Hazardous Chemical / Process Industry

Preferred:
Hands-on experience in a
DCS-operated plant
