Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate with team to ensure rapid responses to foreign patient inquiries, providing accurate cost estimates and tele-consultations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to seamlessly handle medical visa invitations, airport transfers, local accommodation, and language translators.
- Monitor the entire in-hospital stay journey of international patients to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all international transactions, documentation, and medical data sharing adhere to global healthcare trade guidelines and local visa regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Tenure: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in healthcare
- Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
