Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' requests and resolving issues professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide support when needed.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are cleaned regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventories, and staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures and protocols is necessary.
- Must be able to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
