Sales Executive International Process

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable subscription-based solutions, and converting leads into successful customers.

The ideal candidate should have solid communication and convincing skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Connect with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, chat, and other communication channels.
2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans or services.
3. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available plans clearly to customers.
4. Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations whenever required.
5. Convert prospective leads into successful sales and subscriptions.
6. Handle customer objections professionally and use effective sales techniques to close deals.

Follow up with interested prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
8. Generate new leads through various available channels.
9. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer conversations, follow-ups, and sales.
10. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
11. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
12. Coordinate with the support and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.
13. Ensure a professional and customer-focused approach throughout the sales process.
14. Identify opportunities for upselling, renewals, and additional services.
15. Stay updated with product offerings, pricing, promotions, and sales campaigns.
16. Consistently work towards improving conversion rates and overall sales performance.
