About The Role
The Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) at Flexton Inc. plays a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end delivery health and growth of assigned strategic accounts. Reporting directly to the Head of Delivery or VP, the TDM functions as a mini-general manager for their respective accounts, responsible for ensuring fulfillment quality, enhancing hiring manager experiences,



engaging consultants effectively, and systematically expanding account opportunities. This role is instrumental in elevating Flexton from a transactional staffing provider to a strategic talent partner, fostering long-term relationships and driving revenue growth.

The TDM collaborates closely with the Account Manager to develop and execute strategic account plans, monitor operational metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen to manage complex staffing engagements, optimize delivery processes, and identify new growth avenues. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for delivering exceptional client and consultant experiences while achieving financial and operational targets.
