Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to manage and deliver Odoo implementation projects across multiple business domains. The candidate should have robust functional knowledge of Odoo, excellent business analysis skills, and hands-on experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and implementation.

The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle functional activities, work closely with customers and technical teams, and provide practical Odoo solutions with minimum unnecessary customization.

Key Responsibilities1. Requirement Gathering & Business Analysis
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and business process workshops with customers.
- Understand existing business processes and identify business requirements.
- Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes.




- Perform detailed fit-gap analysis between standard Odoo functionality and customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities to achieve requirements through standard Odoo configuration.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and functional specifications where required.

2. Odoo Functional Consulting

Strong functional knowledge of multiple Odoo modules, including:
- CRM
- Sales
- Purchase
- Inventory
- Manufacturing / MRP
- Accounting
- Project
- HR / HRMS
- Point of Sale
- Quality
- Maintenance
- Website / eCommerce

The consultant should understand end-to-end business flows and integration between modules, rather than working on modules in isolation.

3. Odoo Configuration
- Configure Odoo based on approved business requirements.
- Set up products, customers, vendors, warehouses, routes, procurement rules, workflows, taxes, users, access rights, and other functional settings.
