Position: Marketing Executive
Job Summary
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives to
enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth. The role involves
coordinating campaigns, creating marketing content, conducting market research, and
collaborating with internal teams to strengthen the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, product literature,
email campaigns, and promotional content.
Manage the company's website and social media platforms by coordinating regular
content updates.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business
opportunities.
Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Design teams to support product launches and
promotional activities.
Organize exhibitions, conferences, webinars, and other marketing events.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and MIS.




Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for marketing activities.
Ensure all marketing communications align with the company's branding guidelines.
Support lead generation initiatives and customer engagement programs.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related
field. MBA in Marketing is preferred.
25 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or
B2B industry.
Key Skills
Solid communication and content development skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and email marketing.
Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools is an added
advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills.
