Title: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Work Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai, India.

Job Description:

Leadership & Sales Management:

• Lead and manage the sales team, providing direction, motivation, and support to achieve sales targets in Staff

Augmentation, system integration and IT infrastructure.

• Set clear objectives, performance goals, and incentives for the sales team.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team efficiency.

• Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring strategic alignment with company goals.

• Train, and mentor sales team members with a focus on system integration.

Strategic Planning & Business Development:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for IT infrastructure solutions, including cloud services,

data centres, networking, managed IT services, and cybersecurity.

• Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and customer segments to drive growth.





• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and strategic partnerships.

• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, and business cases to prospective clients.

Market Analysis & Sales Reporting:

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in IT infrastructure.

• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to senior management.

• Stay updated on industry advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

E) Requirements:

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud computing, networking, data centers, cybersecurity, and managed IT services.

• Sales Expertise: Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage accounts, and close deals.

• Business Development: Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and customer acquisition.

• Client Relationship Management: Ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders and build long-ter
