About The Job:





• As a Tech Lead – Full Stack, you will drive the technical execution of key modules within our flagship product. You will work closely with architects and product stakeholders to implement scalable, high performance solutions across frontend, backend, databases, and Azure cloud infrastructure.

• This is a hands-on Lead role where you will guide the development team, ensure engineering best practices, and contribute actively to coding and delivery.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead end-to-end technical implementation for assigned modules using .NET, React, Python, and Azure PaaS.

• Collaborate with Architects to translate high-level designs into detailed technical designs and implementation plans.

• Own code quality, performance optimization, and technical delivery for the team.

• Contribute hands-on to backend and frontend development.
