· Quality Assurance Plan (QAP): Implement and enforce the site-specific Quality Management System (QMS) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Material Testing: Inward inspection and laboratory testing of all raw materials (cement, steel, aggregates, bricks, sand) as per IS codes.

· On-Site Supervision: Monitor daily execution of concrete casting, blockwork, plastering, tiling, and structural works to eliminate deviations.

· Finishing & Waterproofing: Rigorously enforce multi-stage checklists for waterproofing (toilet, terrace, basement) and pre-painting finishing lines.

· Vendor & RMC Audits: Conduct quality audits at Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plants, brick kilns, and vendor manufacturing facilities.

· Documentation: Maintain comprehensive digital and physical logs of cube test registers, slump test reports, non-conformance reports (NCR), and RERA compliance data.

· De-snagging:



Create detailed snag lists before handing over units and coordinate with the project team for complete closure.

· ISO 9001:2015 QMS Internal Auditor certification requirements and implementation

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.

· Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of relevant Indian Standard (IS) codes (e.g., IS 456, IS 10262 for mix design).

· Certifications: ISO 9001:2015 QMS Internal Auditor certification.

· Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD for reviewing structural drawings.

· Traits: Strong communication skills to firmly enforce quality compliance with contractors and site teams without delaying timeline.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
