Position Overview

The Assistant General Manager – Admissions & Outreach will lead student recruitment, admissions growth, school engagement and consultant partnerships for FIIS Pathway Programme. The role carries complete ownership of enrolment targets and requires a leader who can build recruitment channels,



drive conversions and scale admissions operations.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Admissions Strategy & Growth Develop admissions plans and intake strategies. Drive enrolment growth across Foundation and IYO programme. Monitor pipeline performance and conversion metrics.School Outreach & Partnerships Build relationships with CBSE/ISC/IB schools, principals and counsellor s. Conduct seminars, presentations and parent engagement programmes. Establish long-term recruitment partnerships.Consultant Network Development Acquire, train and manage consultant partners. Develop high-performing recruitment channels. Drive enrolments through consultant partnerships.Student Recruitment & Conversion Oversee the admissions funnel from enquiry to enrolment.
