Role Description
The Field Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Kanpur, responsible for driving sales of solar solutions and services in the assigned territory. The role involves prospecting and generating leads,



conducting site visits, explaining solar proposals and financial benefits, and guiding potential customers through the decision-making process. The Field Sales Specialist will prepare and present quotations, coordinate with technical and operations teams for accurate project scoping, and support customers during pre- and post-installation phases. Daily activities include maintaining a sales pipeline, meeting individual and team targets, documenting customer interactions, and representing Helium Solar at local events or campaigns. The role requires consistent field travel within Kanpur and surrounding areas, along with adherence to company processes and ethical sales practices.
