Modeler/ Senior Modeler/ Assistant Manager Precast

Location: Pune

Experience: 812 Years Working Days: 5 Days a Week Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Precast detailing team (1020 members).

• Plan, allocate, and monitor project resources and deliverables.

• Develop and review precast models and shop drawings using Tekla Structures.

• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

• Conduct quality reviews and ensure compliance with project standards.

• Resolve technical issues and mentor team members.

• Participate in client meetings and provide regular project updates. Mandatory Skills

• Tekla Structures Mandatory

• 812 years of experience in Precast detailing/modeling.

• Experience in team handling, project planning, and resource management.

• Strong client coordination and communication skills.

• Valuable understanding of precast detailing, shop drawings, and BIM workflows.

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Preferred: Experience working on international precast projects.
