Position: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive quality leads
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve cost per lead and ROI
- Generate leads through builders, channel partners, and referral networks
- Conduct site visits to construction sites, apartment handover projects, and builder locations
- Build and maintain robust relationships with channel partners and referral sources
- Regularly meet partners to ensure consistent lead generation
- Collaborate with the sales team for effective lead follow-ups and conversions
- Handle basic website updates and manage CRM (lead entry, tracking, follow-ups)




- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Proven experience in lead generation and campaign optimization
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
