Role & responsibilities
- Complete knowledge and experience in dealing with large high side and low side of Electrical, Mechanical works, ELV, HVAC, Firefighting, DG set, Plumbing, Security systems, BMS, Civil and Interior fit out works.
- MEP Projects Design and Project Execution, Procurement, Decision making, Manpower mobilization.
- Proficient in complete project life cycle from Pre-construction, Design, Planning, Execution, Testing, Commissioning and Project close-out process.
- Lead MEP design coordination with consultants (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire,ELV).
- Responsible for end to end of MEP services - Electrical, HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, ACS, CCTV, BMS, UPS, IT passive infra works in Commercial, Residential (High Rise) Infrastructure, Industrial and Data Centre projects, maintenance and planning.




- Co-ordination and all other related work assigned Lead and communicate with Architects, MEP Consultant, for coordination for finalization of Design. Coordinate with Contractors, Field Supervision, Subcontractors and Vendors to assist them in working to the Project Schedule
- Purchasing process and document control
- Coordinate with MEP Consultant and resolve problems/issues to the benefit of project.
- Maintain and manage all purchase and delivery schedules, change order processes, shop drawings, document control logs, Owner, Architect and Subcontractor correspondence.

Preferred candidate profile
- B.Tech / B.E.,Electrical with 15-20years of experience working in higrise residential projects/ commercial projects.
