Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Fit-Out to manage and coordinate office fit-out projects in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong project management experience with a background in Civil or MEP works.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of office fit-out projects.
- Plan project activities, schedules, resources, and manpower.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
- Coordinate Civil and MEP activities at the project site.
- Identify project risks and resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare project reports and provide regular progress updates.
- Ensure timely completion and handover of the project.





Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in office/commercial fit-out projects.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, MEP, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of construction and fit-out project execution.
- Good coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools is preferred.
