Role Description
C++ Lead Developer role based in Kochi. 8 years of experience .The C++ Lead Developer will design, implement, and optimize back-end services and system components using contemporary C++ practices, with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability. The role involves leading a development team, reviewing code, guiding architecture decisions,



and ensuring adherence to best practices in object-oriented design, testing, and documentation. The person in this role will collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and QA engineers to refine requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver production-ready solutions. Responsibilities also include mentoring team members, contributing to process improvements, and staying current with advancements in C++ standards and software engineering tools.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems.
