SEO Specialist – Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a results-driven **SEO Specialist** to improve our website’s organic visibility, search rankings, traffic, and overall online presence. The candidate should have hands-on experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.

* Conduct keyword research and identify relevant search opportunities.

* Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.

* Perform technical SEO audits and identify issues affecting website performance.

* Build and manage high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building practices.

* Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.

* Analyze competitors and identify opportunities for improvement.





* Work with content writers and developers to implement SEO recommendations.

* Optimize websites for Google Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and page speed.

* Use tools such as **Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog**, etc.

* Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights.

* Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and current SEO best practices.

**Required Skills:**

* Strong understanding of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO.

* Positive knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.

* Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

* Understanding of HTML, website structure, and basic technical SEO.

* Knowledge of link-building strategies.

* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related
