About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Engineer – Mechanical to develop B2B sales for our Jigs & Fixtures, SPMs, Industrial Automation, Precision Manufacturing, and Engineering Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate current B2B leads and develop industrial customers.
- Identify and approach OEMs and manufacturing companies.
- Understand customer requirements, drawings, and applications.
- Conduct customer visits and technical discussions.
- Prepare quotations and technical proposals with Design & Costing teams.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert quotations into orders.
- Maintain customer relationships and sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Participate in exhibitions and customer meetings.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Production,
Manufacturing, Aeronautical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in Technical Sales / Industrial Sales / B2B Sales.
- Experience in Manufacturing is preferred.
- Good knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
