Reporting to the Area Security & Business Continuity Manager based in Mumbai, this role will be based in Northern India(Gurugram) and will be responsible for leading Security and Business Continuity activities across Northern India and Bangladesh. You will partner with business leaders to protect people, assets, reputation and operations while ensuring compliance with local regulations and Maersk Global standards.

Key Responsibilities
Security Governance & Compliance
- Business partner with stakeholders to implement, monitor and maintain Security and Business Continuity policies, standards and programmes.
- Drive the Predict, Prevent, Respond and Recover security strategy through proactive security risk management and loss prevention initiatives.
- Conduct audits, inspections and compliance assessments.
- Monitor compliance with statutory, customer and company requirements.

Area Security Leadership
- Serve as the primary Security & Business Continuity SME for Northern India and Bangladesh.
- Provide strategic guidance to site leadership teams.
- Establish security priorities and governance reviews.
- Support new site start-ups and business expansion activities.

Risk Management & Loss Prevention
- Lead security risk assessments and mitigation plann
