Mandatory Requirement:
- SAP BASIS Certification is mandatory.
- Candidates should have 2-4 years of relevant experience in SAP BASIS/domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP BASIS administration, monitoring and troubleshooting.
- SAP system configuration, maintenance and performance monitoring.
- User administration, roles and authorizations.
- Transport management and job monitoring.
- Support SAP system upgrades, patches and system refresh activities.
- Coordinate with technical and functional teams for issue resolution.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of SAP BASIS concepts and administration.
- Hands-on experience in SAP BASIS operations and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of SAP monitoring, transports, jobs, users and authorizations.
- Valid SAP BASIS Certification Mandatory.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA.
- Experience in SAP production support environments.
