Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct eye tests to diagnose vision problems and prescribe glasses/contact lenses as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining products, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, including test results and product recommendations.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store appearance standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in optometry to provide expert advice.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-6 years of experience in an optical retail environment or related field (optometrist role preferred).
- B.Sc degree in Optometry from a recognized institution.
- Robust knowledge of optics, refraction techniques, and dispensing principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
