Key Responsibilities
- Plan and design dealership showrooms, workshops, offices, customer lounges, and other commercial spaces.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, 2D/3D designs, and detailed working drawings.
- Ensure all dealership designs comply with OEM brand guidelines and company standards.
- Coordinate with civil contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to timelines.
- Review project estimates, BOQs, material specifications, and construction budgets.
- Obtain necessary approvals and coordinate with local authorities wherever required.
- Supervise renovation, maintenance, and expansion projects across dealership locations.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
- Verify contractor bills, work completion, and quality standards before approval.
- Recommend cost-effective design solutions without compromising quality and aesthetics.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals,



and completion reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand infrastructure requirements.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (preferred).
- 3–8 years of experience in commercial, retail, or automobile dealership projects.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in automobile dealership construction, showroom development, or commercial infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with OEM standards of brands such as Toyota, Jeep, Citroën, MG, Hyundai, Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, or similar automotive manufacturers will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
