Job Purpose

To lead the sales team, achieve dealership sales targets, ensure an outstanding customer experience, and drive the growth of Royal Enfield motorcycle sales along with finance, insurance, accessories, apparel, and extended warranty.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, train, and monitor Sales Executives.
- Conduct daily sales review meetings and assign targets.
- Ensure prompt follow-up of all enquiries and test rides.
- Improve enquiry-to-booking and booking-to-retail conversion ratios.
- Promote finance, insurance, accessories, apparel, and extended warranty sales.
- Plan local marketing campaigns and showroom events.
- Build relationships with corporate and institutional customers.
- Monitor vehicle inventory and coordinate with stock and logistics teams.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.




- Maintain accurate sales records and DMS updates.
- Coordinate with Accounts, CRM, RTO, Finance, and Service departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.

Experience
- 2–5 years in automobile sales.
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Skills
- Leadership and team management.
- Sales planning and forecasting.
- Negotiation and customer handling.
- Knowledge of DMS and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
