D3S Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced, result-oriented, and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing customer relationships, and promoting our software, cloud-based applications, websites, and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various sales and marketing channels.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Promote and sell our Web Applications, Mobile Apps, and Digital Solutions.
- Contact potential customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.
- Follow up with leads, prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and support the sales closing process.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Explore new markets and identify potential clients.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the technical and development team to understand and communicate product features effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing, preferably in an IT/software company.
- Proven track record of achieving sales or business development targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid customer relationship and lead-conversion skills.
- Basic understanding of software, websites, mobile applications, and digital solutions.
- Ability to independently identify opportunities and generate business.
- Good English and Malayalam communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for client me
