In this role, you will be responsible for taking engaging online classes, creating video content, and mentoring aspirants for various PSC examinations (LDC, LP/UP, Degree Level Prelims/Mains, Secretariat Assistant, etc.).

Mandatory Eligibility Requirements
- Teaching Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven teaching/coaching experience specifically for Kerala PSC competitive exams.
- YouTube Presence: Must have active experience conducting classes on YouTube (personal channel, institute channels, or video portfolio demonstrating strong on-camera presence and engagement).
- Location & Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Kochi,

- Content Delivery: Record studio-quality video lectures and conduct live sessions covering the updated Kerala PSC syllabus.
- Teaching Methodology: Break down complex topics into straightforward, memorable shortcuts, tips, and tricks for rapid learning.
- Question Bank Creation: Prepare chapter-wise practice sets, mock test questions, and detailed syllabus explanations.
- YouTube & Marketing Support: Participate in promotional video sessions, exam analysis videos, and strategy discussions for YouTube campaigns.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of the latest Kerala PSC exam patterns, mark distributions, and syllabus changes.
- High confidence in front of the camera with clear Malayalam articulation and strong delivery skills.
