About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid search campaigns across international markets. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on expertise in Google Ads, a data-driven approach to campaign optimization, and experience managing campaigns with a focus on lead generation, conversions, and ROI.

Exposure to APAC markets will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and other relevant Google advertising platforms.
- Develop effective campaign structures, ad groups, keyword strategies, match types, negative keywords, and audience targeting.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, search-term analysis, and bid strategy optimization.
- Write and optimize compelling ad copy aligned with campaign objectives and target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPC, CTR,



conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign ROI.
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize lead generation and revenue.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improving performance and reducing acquisition costs.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads conversion tracking.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand lead quality and improve campaign performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
- Stay updated with Google Ads platform changes, new features, industry trends, and best practices.
