We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth from our Delhi Corporate Office.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Drive sales for luxury residential and plotted developments through direct sales, channel partners, and corporate tie-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, investors, NRIs, and corporate clients.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
- Monitor sales pipelines, lead conversion ratios,



and customer engagement activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Strengthen and expand the company's channel partner network across Delhi NCR and surrounding markets.
- Conduct sales reviews, prepare forecasts, and submit MIS reports to senior management.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Stay updated on luxury real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and project teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and closures.
- Represent Auramah Valley at industry events, networking forums, and property exhibitions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role
