Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute daily production activities to meet production targets.

Supervise transformer manufacturing processes including core assembly, coil winding, tank fabrication, active part assembly, vacuum drying, oil filling, final assembly, and routine testing.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, engineering drawings, and production procedures.

Coordinate with Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and Stores for smooth production operations.

Monitor productivity, reduce rework and material wastage, and implement process improvements.

Ensure workplace safety, timely production reporting.

Required Skills

Experience in oil-filled distribution transformer manufacturing.

Knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes and routine testing.

Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs.

Valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP/SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
