Job Purpose:
The role exists to conduct thorough market research, drive organization’s global expansion by identifying new markets, establishing partnerships, and creating market entry strategies. The incumbent is responsible for acquiring the new clients and in building robust relationships with healthcare institutions worldwide. He/she is also responsible to lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development,
contract negotiation and compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all business activities and mitigate risks associated with cross-border operations.
Key Duties / Accountabilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Ø Conduct thorough
market research
to identify potential growth areas, understand market dynamics, and assess demand for nursing services globally. Analyze data on healthcare systems, nurse shortages, and regulatory requirements in different countries.
Strategic Planning and Expansion:
Ø Develop a
strategic business plan
for expanding our organization’s reach. Identify target markets, create market entry strategies, and explore new geographies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute expansion plans effectively.
