Job Description

Revanta Alutech Private Limited is hiring an experienced Factory Operator to manage production operations in our aluminum window manufacturing unit. The role involves supervising workers, operating machinery, and ensuring timely production of high-quality aluminum windows and doors.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production: cutting, fabrication, and assembly of aluminum windows & doors
- Manage factory workers and assign tasks to meet production targets
- Operate and monitor machines (cutting, CNC, punching, assembly tools)
- Ensure product quality as per drawings and specifications
- Maintain production schedules and minimize delays
- Train workers on fabrication techniques and safety practices
- Ensure proper use of materials like aluminum profiles, glass, and hardware
- Troubleshoot machine and production issues
- Maintain daily production and inventory records

Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in aluminum window/UPVC/window fabrication industry




- Strong knowledge of aluminum profiles and window systems (sliding, casement, etc.)
- Experience handling factory machinery and supervising labor
- Ability to read basic technical drawings
- Good leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fabrication, or related field
- Experience in aluminum system brands and site coordination
