Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive sales growth by identifying new customers, developing healthcare accounts, building distributor relationships, and generating business opportunities across India and international markets.

The ideal candidate should understand B2B sales, medical equipment, hospital procurement, and relationship management, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities





* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare and medical equipment sector.

* Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, referrals, exhibitions, tenders, and online platforms.

* Build relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centres, clinics, doctors, procurement teams, dealers, and distributors.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable medical equipment.

* Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial offers.

* Coordinate with the technical team to provide product specifications and technical information.

* Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.

* Develop and maintain a solid sales pipeline and update CRM/customer records.

* Research competitors, market prices, new products, and emerging healthcare opportunities.
