Looking for my growth co-pilot at Seven Square Learning (Paid Internship)
Hey there.
I’m looking for one specific person to team up with me, and I wanted to write this casually because it’s literally just going to be the two of us.
Right now, Seven Square Learning is a two-person show. I spend 100% of my time and energy tutoring and making sure the classes are world-class. I love the teaching side, but I need someone who loves the business side to take over the rest.
This isn't an internship where you do data entry or grab coffee. You are basically coming in as the growth leader of this business. Your mission is easy: get parents and students excited about what we do, and bring them through the door.
What you’ll actually be doing:
You will have total creative freedom to try things. You’ll be managing our social media, hopping on friendly calls with parents to understand their needs, setting up referral partnerships with local businesses, and running email or WhatsApp campaigns. If it helps us grow, you’re running it.
Who you are:
You’re probably a college student or a recent grad who is tired of standard internships and wants to prove you can actually move the needle for a real business. You don't need years of experience, but you do need to be a natural people person, someone who hates being micro-managed, and someone who just figures things out when given a goal.
The Setup:
I want you to have real skin in the game. You’ll get a steady ₹10,000/month base stipend, but you also get a 5% uncapped revenue share on every single student who joins because of your marketing and sales efforts. If your campaigns crush it, your paycheck reflects it. No ceilings.
