We are hiring a responsible and organized Accountant who can independently manage daily accounting functions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
This role requires someone methodical, detail-driven, and comfortable working in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain purchase, sales, and bank entries accurately
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, and related documentation
- Generate MIS reports for management review
- Handle GST filings and compliance
- Manage TDS calculations and documentation
- Perform account reconciliations (bank, vendor, and client accounts)
- Support day-to-day accounting and financial operations
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Tally
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Understanding of GST regulations and compliance
- Knowledge of TDS and basic taxation principles
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Clear communication abilities
