Job description:
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to join our website development team. This is an excellent chance for a fresher with a Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field who is eager to kickstart a career in project coordination and web development. The selected candidate will support project managers in executing website projects by coordinating tasks, managing timelines, maintaining communication, and ensuring smooth project workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination
- Support project managers in organizing project activities and tracking timelines.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and content creators to meet project goals and deadlines.
Client Communication
- Act as a liaison between clients and the internal team.
- Schedule and support client meetings, and share feedback with the team clearly and promptly.
Documentation
- Maintain project documentation including project plans, timelines, and meeting notes.
- Prepare summaries and reports for internal review and client updates.
Task Management
- Help in assigning and following up on tasks across departments.
- Monitor task status and escalate delays or blockers to the project manager.
Quality Assurance
- Assist in checking the quality of deliverables to ensure they meet expectations.
- Participate in basic testing and reviews of web projects.
Resource Coordination
- Assist with scheduling and availability of team members and vendors.
- Support project managers in managing resources effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any IT-related field (Mandatory).
- Basic understanding of website development concepts.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
