The candidate will be responsible for communicating with parents and students, understanding their educational requirements, explaining our tutoring programs, following up with leads, and supporting the enrollment process.Role & responsibilities .

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective parents/students.
- Understand students' academic requirements.
- Explain available courses and tutoring programs.
- Follow up with interested leads.
- Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the academic/tutoring team.
- Achieve assigned calling and counselling targets.
- Build a good relationship with parents and students.

Requirements:
- Valuable verbal communication skills.
- Basic English and Hindi/Telugu communication skills preferred.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
